1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the phcqsh website or using any phcqsh service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using phcqsh and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of phcqsh, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the phcqsh platform in any capacity. phcqsh reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of phcqsh following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phcqsh Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the phcqsh platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotion rules, the specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a phcqsh account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phcqsh from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phcqsh, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phcqsh or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

phcqsh reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) phcqsh account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phcqsh employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phcqsh reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings.

When registering a phcqsh account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phcqsh immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your phcqsh account.

phcqsh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above obligations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. phcqsh recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on phcqsh are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phcqsh supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported payment methods and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed on the phcqsh cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

By making a deposit to phcqsh, you confirm that:

• The funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity.
• You are the rightful owner of the payment method used.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phcqsh may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. phcqsh processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the cashier page, subject to verification completion.

phcqsh reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any funds found to be associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phcqsh offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

General bonus rules applicable to all phcqsh promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except as expressly stated.
• phcqsh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time period. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account along with any winnings derived from them.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using phcqsh:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with phcqsh games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in phcqsh games or systems. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with phcqsh software or systems.
• Using phcqsh for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcqsh staff or other players.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

phcqsh reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the phcqsh platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements — is the property of phcqsh or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phcqsh platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phcqsh content without prior written permission from phcqsh. Any unauthorised use of phcqsh intellectual property may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcqsh, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phcqsh platform or any phcqsh service.

Without limiting the foregoing, phcqsh shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of phcqsh services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phcqsh's reasonable control.
• Any loss or corruption of data associated with your phcqsh account.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the phcqsh platform.
• Any third-party conduct, including payment processor delays or errors.

phcqsh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phcqsh shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcqsh account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The phcqsh platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phcqsh makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

9 Responsible Gaming

phcqsh is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your phcqsh account settings at any time.

Available responsible gaming tools on phcqsh include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phcqsh account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

10 Termination

phcqsh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if phcqsh reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account:

• Your right to access and use phcqsh will immediately cease.
• Any bonus balances or free spins will be forfeited without compensation.
• Any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred that would entitle phcqsh to withhold such funds.

You may also close your phcqsh account voluntarily at any time by contacting phcqsh customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

11 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, phcqsh reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

12 Amendments

phcqsh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcqsh will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the phcqsh platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of phcqsh following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using phcqsh and may request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].
